If you need your users to accept a particular consent form (e.g. Privacy policies), you can do it in a convenient way from inside the EnhanceVR app through a pop-up window. To set it up correctly, follow these steps:
Go to the Virtuleap dashboard.
Click on the Organizations link, located in the left side panel.
Click on the Edit icon to open the editing page.
Scroll down until you see the Consent section. You will see a large textbox, here you can edit the text that will be shown to your users.
Below you will have the Display options.
Once - The consent form will only be shown the first time the user enters.
Always - The consent form will be shown every time the user logins.
When you are done editing simply click on the “Update Organization” or the “Update & Continue Editing” button to submit the changes.
