On Oculus Quest, Enhance VR keep getting stuck in the splash screen/login

This may occur if:

  1. Your internet connection isn’t stable or strong enough;

  2. For some reason your firewall is blocking your device connections;

  3. Your device cache, relative to the app, has some issues.

Unfortunately, we can only provide a solution to the 3rd point, follow the instructions below to learn how to clean your device cache.

Instructions

  1. Click on Quick Settings (where the wifi, battery and time are displayed).

  2. Click on Settings icon (top right corner).

  3. Click on the Storage icon menu.

  4. A list of installed apps will be presented to you, locate Enhance VR and click the Delete App Data button.

  5. Once the pop-up appears, click the Delete button.

You can now start Enhance VR from the Homepage as usual.
